Breyer State University offers four different types of educational programs:
Degree Completion and Prior Learning programs, Online Degrees,
and Online Certificate Programs. Tuition
and fee schedules for all programs are provided on this page. Follow

Online degree programs, online certificate programs, and continuing education courses are priced "per course." Course prices are found on the web site pages detailing degrees, certificates, and continuing education courses.
To enroll in a course, you must pay for the course in full. Upon receipt of payment, you will be provided with a unique password to enter the virtual classrooms.
We accept all major credit cards via our online credit card server, and we accept personal checks and money orders.

Breyer State has a Tuition Bank Payment Plan. The Tuition Bank allows students to have monthly payments credited to their student account for their next course(s). Your student account holds your credit balance until you are ready for your next course. When you select this program your tuition price will be locked. You will not be subject to any price increases on the cost of your tuition.

1. Full Payment Plan:
You will receive 10% off your tuition on associates, bachelor, master and doctorate degrees only.
2. Half & Half Payment Plan:
You will pay half of your tuition to start, then in 90 days, you will pay the last half of your tuition. If payments made as agreed, the $200.00 BSU graduation fee will be waived.

3. Paced Payment Plan:
This plan is available only by credit cards or checking account debit payment with monthly payment authorization.

4. One Year Payment Plan:
You can start your degree program with a down payment of $500.00. Then, the balance of your tuition is divided by 4 with a payment due every 90 days. Your degree will be paid off in one year.

Breyer State University offers a very competitive tuition structure for its Online Certificate Programs. Each certificate program is comprised of three courses (total number of course varies for Graduate Certificate programs). Students may pay for the entire certificate program at the time of enrollment, or may chose to pay for one course at a time. When choosing the "one course at a time" option, students will register for each course in the program individually, and pay the tuition fee per course. The tuition fee does not include the cost of books and/or other required course materials.

At the time of graduation from Breyer State University, there is a one-time graduation fee, which is in addition to the above quoted tuition fee for the degree.

Our students from outside the USA are able to obtain an Apostille letter, which is often necessary to have their degree validated as legal in other countries. |

Refunds are granted in accordance with the refund policy listed herein. The school shall issue a refund via postal mail to the applicant as outlined herein within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Signed Notice of Cancellation Form.
Pursuant the refund schedule listed below, the time shall commence from the date in which the applicant was issued a user name and password by the School.
100% refund - 1st through the 15th day
50% refund - 16th through the 30th day
0% refund - After 30 days
Please note: "days" are calendar days.
Applicant understands that the fifty dollar ($50.00) processing fee required is a non-refundable fee. The processing fee does not have to be paid until you enroll for your first course.
There is a twenty-five ($25.00) returned check fee for any check that is returned. This applies for NSF checks and checks by mail or by e-checks as well. |
The applicant must submit a signed "Notice of Cancellation Form" as described herein by postal mail or fax. An established link to a printable Notice of Cancellation Form is located in the classroom which may be accessed with the user name and password issued to the applicant after tuition is paid to the School.
